How to Opt Out of SMS Messages

• Replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and will be removed from our messaging list.
• Texting HELP to receive assistance or information about our messaging program.

• Emailing us at info@exteriorgenie.com with "SMS OPT OUT" in the subject line.

Opting out of marketing SMS messages will not affect your ability to receive transactional messages related to an active service agreement (e.g., appointment confirmations, project updates), unless you specifically request removal from all communications.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is supported by all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carrier support may vary.

By providing your email address, you may receive service-related emails from us, including estimate follow-ups, appointment confirmations, project updates, and promotional communications. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act in all email communications.

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any email we send, or by emailing us at info@exteriorgenie.com with "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject line. We will process your request within 10 business days.

Customer records related to completed roofing projects are typically retained for a minimum of 7 years for warranty, legal, and tax purposes. SMS consent records are retained for a minimum of 4 years as required by TCPA regulations.
